What we collect
When you use the Book a call form or the contact page, we receive what you type: your name, work email, company, your message, and, if you choose them, the services, timeline and budget. We also record which page you sent it from and when.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so the site can run and stay secure.
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not track you across other sites.
Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending them. To do that, Cloudflare processes technical information from your browser and device, such as your IP address and browser characteristics. Cloudflare's handling of this information is described in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, talk about the work, and keep a record of the conversation. We use the spam check only to keep the forms free of automated abuse.
We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who processes it for us
Form messages are delivered by Resend, our email delivery provider, to the inboxes of our team. The website is hosted by Vercel. The spam check is run by Cloudflare. Some fonts are loaded from Fontshare, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them. Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond and for our business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@broadifitech.com. We reply within a reasonable time. These rights apply under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, for visitors in the European Union and United Kingdom, under the GDPR.

Our blog runs separately on its own subdomain and has its own tools and privacy notice. This policy covers this website only.

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date below.
